!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , I loved my commute this morning. So many people not going to work meant smooth sailing and extra speedy behavior. Happily I slowed down before the police cruised by me in my last leg on the highway. Saw a couple of cool cars too. No SR20, so stock photos for effect:
I also saw a decent mid-sixties four door sedan with dual round taillights. Wish I had a photo to get help identifying it, but it was primer gray, one taillight not working, but chromed wheels, and probably well-loved.
It might have been a Chevy Biscayne:

Mine was great too, next to no cars about on the roads and a practically empty car park.

Samsies, no one on the road today. Many paddles were flapped.

Same here. No real traffic. My wife and I saw a white 66 or so Continental on 85 N this morning by the airport. It looked like a work-in-project...

I determined today that the only way to make this one annoying light is to just go really fast. It is one of those lights that seems to always be green right until I get up close to it. I have found that when maintaining the speed limit (+/- ~8mph) I will get stuck at that light 99% of the time. However, if I go about 70-75 (this is a 50 or 55 section, not really sure) then I will just barely make that light about 75% of the time. The bigger problem is there is often a line of people waiting to make a left across in front of me as the light turns red so I am always worried someone is gonna do something stupid while I am already going quite fast.
Many times I have taken an alternate route that adds about 5 minutes to my commute just to avoid stopping at that light. Said alternate route is making a right turn at that light (uses a separate entrance with a yield, not a turn on red) at full speed. This is always kinda fun since I try to maintain as much speed as possible around that turn.
